"This was my third stay here. Everything was wonderful. The only problem this trip was the elevators which were not running as usual. Im sure this will not be a problem when I return later this year. The rooms were clean staff was very accommodating and the location is perfect for me."

"This hotel has the best location. With the beach across the street and tons of nearby restaurants, the area is so walkable. Staff is great if you need anything. The bar and restaurant is really convenient and we enjoyed the live music. The hotel decor and ambiance have old world charm with modern touches. While the rooms don’t have air conditioning, the windows open and there’s a fan. "

"I love, love, love this hotel. Staff are always exemplary, from front desk to room attendants, to general manager. Friendly, helpful, quick service. My only complaint this time, was there was almost zero water pressure in the kitchen sink, the tap literally dribbled. So I had to use the bathroom sink to get water for cooking, drinking or cleaning. Other than that, this hotel is always my go-to in Vancouver."
