"Overall decent place to stay in Vancouver. However there was a marathon on Sunday which we were not told about. The roads were closed and if not for some luck in locating a stray taxi, I would have missed my flight. Getting an Uber was impossible. Not acceptable! People should know. I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew. Customers beware!"

"The location was perfect… close to grocery store, drug store and Stanley Park. Having a kitchen was helpful but it is so close to so many great food options! The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and public transit. It was old but roomy and clean."

"We got a room on the 30th floor. The room was spacious and in beautiful condition. Bathroom was also in a very good condition. Parking is underground with around 50$ for overnight parking. The location of the hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants."

Was offered to relocate from first room which was nice but then I found another centipede. When I spoke to the manager (different one then the first time), he said because I prepaid for my reservation, he couldn’t do anything. "
