"This property has an amazing view of the London Bridge. Many eating options at hotel. Concierge was very helpful. The rooms are a bit “used”. The shampoo/conditioner containers were empty and one broken off wall. Had to ask for more. Our mattress needed replacement. Felt like you were falling out of bed all night. "Check in time is 2:00. The room was cleaned but needed to be inspected. We had to wait about an hour just for the room to be inspected. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the number of people checking in, but I was told this was not unusual. Everyone was courteous and did a decent job, but there should be more employees scheduled during these heavy traffic times. "
