2/5 - Disappointing
Kept waiting at reception. The bed was like sleeping on a bouncy castle. We could hear every word of conversation in the next room. Breakfast was cold and not well organised. Hot water in the room was scolding hot.

We were very happy during our 4 night stay. Located near a railway track, the noise didn’t bother us. Rooms very clean and the staff were lovely during check-in and the duration of our stay. Nice are and a 5 minute walk from Tower Bridge. Highly recommended.
