"Amazing over night stay. Rooms fantastic and the food too. Staff so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this place and will also come back myself. "
"We could park all day to attend the Wimbledon championships no problems at all. Room clean but could do with refurbishing. Would call it a guesthouse not a hotel but very good all the same"
"We never stayed. Someone else was in the apartment when we arrived and all attempts to contact the owner failed as the phone number was switched off "
"The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. "
"Terrible experience. Would not return. They need to fix their key machine bad. Lots of people with issues accessing their rooms. Room was very blah. Nothing special. Pay more and stay somewhere else."

The Bailey's Hotel London Kensington
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent Stay – Perfect Location for First-Time Visitors!
We recently stayed at this hotel during our first trip to London, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location was absolutely ideal—just steps away from the Gloucester Road Underground station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We were also impressed with the dining options around the hotel. There were plenty of great choices, from casual bites to more refined meals, all just a short walk away.
What really stood out was how perfectly situated the hotel was for exploring London. Whether we were heading to museums, historic landmarks, or popular shopping areas, everything felt easily accessible.
We genuinely couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to London. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located hotel!"

"The Reception staff was excellent
The Recepionist Yosra was very helpful to get us earlier access to our room
That was greatly appreciated by us after a 24 hour flight with early arrival in London
Thanks for the great Service Yosra"
"My daughter and I stayed at the Mowbray Court in the Annex section. The room was spotless and the air con worked brilliantly on such a hot weekend. The hotel is a 3 min walk to Earls Court and we also walked through gorgeous areas to the Royal Albert Hall and Notting Hill and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. We even got to check in early!
