"This place really took me by surprise! It’s much bigger and far better than I thought it would be! The decor is so welcoming, as are the staff, both on arrival and at check out. The room was spacious (Deluxe queen) with a very very comfortable bed! The soft dressing gowns are a really nice touch too. The room had great soundproofing, which in London, is a must.
