"Check in great and efficient, room adequate though a bit in need of updating. Food in The Green Stag was good and service by Kavyak was excellent, hard working lady! Our room had a connecting door and the people in that room were very loud and we were woken up at 5.40am by them!!! "

"Great location. A little far from big sight seeing places but right beside a subway station if you need to travel. Also conveniently an 8 min drive to Chelsea port where you can catch a boat up and down Thames if you wanted. We were alos right across from restaurants and a grocery store if you were looking for something outside the hotel. Also conveniently a casino built into the same building. Rooms were nice and clean, food was good and the team were very friendly and accomodating. Would reccomend."

"Lovely property in a great location. We stayed in one of the vaults flats with our kids. They loved the bed in the vault. The firedoor to outside wasn’t brilliantly sound proofed to the outdoor noise, but the kids still slept well. The kitchen is very clean and well appointed for its size. Pool is lovely and kept the kids happy between 3-4.30 when it is open for kids. "
