Everything was wonderful!! Great staff, excellent cafe, outdoor garden, amenities with the kitchen, laundry and gym were perfect. Best location near public transport and easily walkable! Couldn’t possibly say anything better about this spot. I will definitely return. Local food make sure to checkout Earls Court Tavern to see a football match and pint as well as shimmy’s for curly fries and sandwich or burger, and Gorgios Puzza for light brick oven pizza and they even have a cat!!!

This is an interesting hotel probably designed for young hipsters but as an older person I liked the buzz and the safe are so helpful. Arm area lovely spot to sit at end of day. Good transport options only steps away. Also great dining options for all budgets. Would highly recommend the hotel and local area.

The hotel was amazing - and the staff went above and beyond for our stay. We got in early and showed up before our check in time and helped work through this as super professionals. The lobby and sitting area odd beautiful and the hotel rooms are decent size. Super easy to walk to the bus/train station/store. Our family loved it!

very pleasant, second room was sufficient however no kitchen or microwave, but we managed to make the best of the room. Next time we shall see about pre booking a room before we return. Room 405 was not exactly what we had in mind for the price we paid for 6 days.

The staff at Ember Locke were wonderful. Michael at guest services and Lucinda at the bar were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very at home from the start. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well designed aesthetically and functionally. We hope to come back again soon!
