Amazing stay, room was clean, breakfast was great, afternoon by the champagne bar was wonderful, would stay again! The staff were super friendly and helpful.
This was my second visit. The room, like before, was nice and clean. I got a great rate on an executive room, much appreciated.
All I would say is that the rooms on level one do look out directly onto customers drinking in the palm court, so privacy is a problem on that floor.
Other than that, it was a very nice stay!
Everything including service was great, it was jusy that the rooms seem a little dated for the price, also there were hardly any sockets in the room which was a little annoying.
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, the choice,quality and service outstanding!
ALL of the hotel was very very clean not a smudge anywhere.
Fantastic location Station just across the road.
I’m a regular at the Landmark but this is the first time I had a room upgrade. The suite was very impressive so I enjoyed my stay even more than usual. Dinner in the winter garden never disappoints either. Great staff, great hotel, will be back again soon!
The hotel is great and so are the staff - however, our second night was completely disrupted by a huge wedding that we could hear blasting music from (our room was vibrating on the 3rd floor)
Our 2 year old boy was kept awake until midnight and had a severely disrupted and did have an impact on our stay. We received a complimentary breakfast and late check out - which was welcomed but a peaceful stay would have been preferred
