"The hotel is lovely and the staff were very friendly. It is a great location for visiting the Apollo. Our room was the top floor, the last set of stairs are narrow and steep. The twin room was plenty big enough and well lit. The bathroom is compact but fine. All was clean and well presented. The road noise is very loud in the room, so much so that I assumed the window was open - but it was not open. If you are a light sleeper you will have problems. I’m not a particularly light sleeper but passing emergency vehicles and motorcycles woke me up several times. However, I would happily stay here again or recommend friends to. "

"Lovely hotel, immaculate decor, lovely to have a kitchenette area as a bonus, fridge, kettle and hob if you had a longer stay Very modern with sliding mirrored doors along whole of one wall which hid the shower and separate toilet. Atmospheric lighting and tv Only very small downside, no vanity mirror to do make-up with, all mirrors were smoked effect which made it very difficult to see properly in applying make-up. Only tiny downside which could be fixed. Nice area of London, lots of bars and restaurants and ideally located for Hammersmith appolo "

"I like this hotel and always stay when in the area. I was given a larger room than normal, but it did smell of smoke. I was offered a room change, which I declined as I couldn't be bothered by this time to move. Housekeeping came up and sprayed the room and opened the windows. Room had 2 x double beds and behind lift area so was nice and quiet, could do with a towel rail near to the vanity unit. Staff always pleasant."
