"We paid around £21 for breakfast and it was a disaster. No variety of fresh fruits, conserves... Cold meat one 1 type which was as pale as a dead person. Floor dirty. You can clearly see the staff if not paying attention to the cleansiness or taking pride. We ended up having one porridge. The rest looked like left ober from the previous day. Before my arrival, I wrote an email to the hotel with some request and also pointing the a website error. Wrote to the email pointed in the website. I had no reply. When I checked in, I mentioned I am still waiting for a reply but I would love a reply from management. STILL WAITING... Other Novotels offer a completely "

"We booked a room with 2 x double beds. The room was small and in the basement and one bed was positioned directly next to the door. The bedroom carpet was stained and the window was very difficult to open. Fridge didn’t work. Shower was tiny but worked well. Room cleverly designed as shower and toilet hidden behind sliding doors. Nicely designed and decorated and bed and pillows comfortable. We all had a good nights sleep. Quick check in and check out process, all staff were very friendly and helpful, great location - a few minutes walk from the town centre and underground. "

"Excellent location at Chelsea FC stadium. The staff was nice and room clean. The shower and toilet both need maintenance. Toilet required several flushes and shower water stream was constant 50/50 between going to tub and shower, but good hot water. We would stay here again based on location and friendly staff."
