"Cute hotel with professional and kind staff. They always greet you with a smile and encourage questions about the area and nearby attractions. Complimentary pastries and coffee (machine for lattes, etc) available in the morning along with pleasant conversation. Rooms are small but this is typical for London accommodations. Enjoyed our stay!"
