"As others have said, the rooms are small, but they have everything you need and are very comfortable. The Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice and lots of it. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and most of all the hotel is in a perfect location. Only a few minutes from Paddington underground with easy access to everything via the Bakerloo line. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."

"This is my second time staying at Mitre house. It's clean, quiet, close to everything. The staff manning the front desk and the breakfast staff where al fantastic. "

" We stayed in a superior double overlooking the front of the property. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows. The shower was perfect and the towels were of a very good quality. There were tea making facilities and a safe. Hakeem, Alex and Mehdi were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us. They went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Customer service was amazing. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again and would definitely recommend it. It’s just around the corner from Paddington Station, perfect location!"
