"The wifi is connected to the TV as in you have to have the TV on in order to get access to the internet. Makes no sense, and when it is on it's also still very poor wifi. Not great for international travelers. The room it self is very clean but weirdly there was not a single towel rack. not a single place to put your hand towel let alone your actual body towels. Odd. "

"This hotel is currently under renovation/construction which we were not aware of. So while missing a bit of ambience, the staff more than made up for the awkwardness caused by the lack of lobby space - including always being available to carry bags up and down a couple steps and cater to the club services such as food and beverages. The lack of a concierge was something we missed with this being our first time in London and staying at this location. The rooms were standard and the bathroom very tight but there was always water and coffee available and a small fridge and the housekeeping staff were efficient. We departed on Easter weekend and the staff were busy handing out Easter eggs and hot cross buns. I would stay again for the convenience of the location and the outstanding service of the staff."
