"Great hotel for our one night stay. Bed was a bit on the hard side but that’s a personal preference thing and no way impacted on our stay. The room was clean and the AC was great. Sound proofing to the busy street outside was perfect. Staff were friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check-in. These were already in our room when we went back later to check-in "

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "

"Really quite abysmal. The single rooms are like small cabins on the fifth floor. The heat in my room was unbearable throughout the day and night and the aircon would blow hot air at a setting of 13 degrees. The window was wooden and single paned so all the noise of the traffic could be heard, especially as one of the windows locks didn't work. The bathroom was very, very small. Even the small details were not done right; like the soap provided in dispensers which leaves a film residue on your hands. Another member of my travelling party had bugs in their bed and had to be relocated. Other than the hotels location and responsiveness of staff, there is nothing else positive to say. "

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"

"The positives were - it was a nice sized room, very clean, a really comfortable bed, great location, quiet, good travel links, friendly staff, good air-conditioning, very good breakfast although had to go a few hundred meters down the road for the breakfast restaurant. The negatives were the frosted glass bathroom door (not a fan), the check-in was poor. We had to wait 2 hours for our room which was having maintenance work. To be fair the reception manager did compensate us which was appreciated. The elevators were crazy! Were very slow or simply didn’t arrive and we used the stairs. I would stay again. "
