"Great central location right next to tube station and across from Hyde Park. Also next to great shopping options on Oxford Street. Very clean bedroom with good amenities and layout. Staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioning was a godsend during heatwave (34 degrees outside!). The executive lounge was very useful for snacks and drinks in the late afternoon when we were resting in the hotel and before heading out for the evening. Good selection of food and drinks at the lounge, including bubbly and wines."

"We had a great stay in London and would definitely recommend this hotel. The property operates without a traditional front desk staff, with check-in and all communication handled online. At first we weren’t sure what to expect, but the online service was outstanding—responses were prompt, helpful, and made everything very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We also loved the location, which was just a short walk from the Tube, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The only minor drawback was the neighborhood, which wasn’t our favorite compared to other areas of London. However, this did not affect our stay, and the convenience, cleanliness, and excellent virtual service more than made up for it. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great option for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in London."

"Staff was solid. Had an issue with late room service order. They delivered to the wrong room, then said it was my fault, that I gave them the wrong number even though I called from the room phone. There was no accountability the they made the mistake and blaming it on a guest is unacceptable"

"It’s a fine hotel for 1 night. It was clean and spacious enough. But it was advertised as 2 king beds in the room. It was not. We had 2 queens and I confirmed with the hotel and they said it was 2 kings. 2 kings was the sole reason we chose the hotel. The location was good. And the staff were nice. But we did have an AC issue and they tried to help but in the end I got the feeling they didn’t really know what to do and I kinda felt blown off. The problem wasn’t really fixed. The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Good enough for 1 night, but we would not have been happy for more than that."
