"You guys need to sort out your checking in procedure. Nothing has changed since I last came 3 months ago. I still get a repeated flurry of emails from hotels.com. Getting the apple card is a faff and not clear, having to open it the page in a browser rather in app (qr code is junk text) to get the phone to open up the wallet card. Also when doing bathroom checks, someone needs to check each toilet has toilet paper. That the shower gel bottles work. One cubicle had no toilet paper all morning. Despite staff being in the bathroom at the time. I just assumed they were on it. My lock stopped working and had to move pods at midnight. But the usbc socket didn't work on the first one, and it made a high pitched noise when trying. Overall I like the offering and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. You just need to sort out the checking in procedure and tighten up checks. I will be back despite all the above. Hope the feedback is helpful"

"The room was very small with no bedside cabinet on one side of the bed, also nowhere in the bathroom to hang a second towel (perhaps a couple of hooks in the door would be useful) the cocktail bar was a great spot for a drink and bar snack and all the staff we encounetered were friendly and helpful"
