Food itself was excellent. The restaurant lacked any ambiance or atmosphere. Breakfast a little below par for a four star Cavendish experience. The staff themselves could not be more helpful. "

"A lovely hotel, and l had a lovely view of Hyde Park from the 16th floor. Two minor caveats: the shower drained too slowly, and everyone at reception spoke so softly that they were unintelligible. None of us could understand them, and only two of us are hard of hearing!"
