"Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail. "

"We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger. My partner made use of the spa which she enjoyed and one evening we ate in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location."

"Pur third visit in three years. Flemings is a superb hotel. Reception and concierge are consistently efficient, friendly and no request is too much...whether it be arranging a taxi, extra tea bags late at night. We had an Executive room ok this visit and were given a fantastic spacious corner room. Cleanliness, comfort and room facilities are excellent. The finishes are also very good. It is also tremendous value considering its Mayfair location. Other 5* hotels like Corinthia and The Langham have priced themselves out of reach....Flemings offers the same standards of service just on a smaller scale. I have no doubt we will return."

"Upon arrival I just got handed my key and not offered help with my luggage until i prompted. Then I was not shown to my room. Which i thought was rude. To then have the main shower head not working (room 607). Then in the morning I had breakfast in the room only to have out and of date butter with it. This is by far the poorest service Iv had from the hotel as Iv been many times and hence my returns it’s always been of great service and I recommend it a lot but from this most recent experience I’m very disappointed and wouldn't return let alone recommend it. "
