"If you're looking for the Ritz this place isn't for you, but the hotel is clean, tidy conveniently located within 5 minute walking distance to 2 stations and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, nice Breakfast included, free parking, great value in central London, couldn't ask for more.Thanks for a great stay we will definitely be back next time we're in London. "
"Staff were always helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and had a small fridge, safe and a TV. The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was very compact, there was always hot water. Two towels were provided although each one not big enough to cover one’s òbody.

"The hotel has only three lifts and one was out of service for the four days we were there. It made for slow access to the lifts.Otherwise we enjoyed the property and staff. "
