"Everything about this place was 10 out of 10. The main reason for my stay was to run away from stress and try to find some inner peace and calm to start again. 1 day pampering and chilling in this esquisite place did just that. Every corner of this place had some kind of tranquility, be it the pool, bar, bedroom, cinema room. Highly recommended."

"If you are staying 1 or 2 nights, this would be good for you. It is across the street from Paddington Station. If you are staying 7 nights, as we did, you have to go to reception and have them put you on their special list if you want your room cleaned. If you want fresh towels, you have to go to reception to beg for those, and if you need toilet paper, yes, go and beg for a roll of tp. Bring some garbage bags with you since they don't clean the rooms only upon special request, so that the overflow from the tiny wastebasket can go in a bag that you provide. On the plus side, if you say in the Premier Plus rooms, you get an iron and ironing board to use, plus a small refrigerator for beverages you buy, plus insulin or food. We were given 2 versions on if they would hold luggage for 2 days, offering to pay extra for that. One guy said they don't do that (they did it for a friend of mine 2 years ago), and the other said if we donated to a charity container on the desk, they would "overlook" the fact that they aren't supposed to do that. They have places in the vicinity where you will hold luggage for you, including other hotels. You also get free wifi which is good for 24 hours and they give you various little sheets of paper with different codes on them for the rest of your stay."

"This hotel was super clean and the staff were very nice. The issue is that the train, the building rumbles every few minutes and up until midnight Friday-Sunday. This was a major issue sleeping. "
