"Super friendly front desk staff! We arrived before our room was ready, but they happily checked our bags so we could go out for breakfast (we took the red eye). LOVED our room, esp the big bath (we went through a big jar of bath salts). Elena at the bar was super too! She made excellent cocktails ..."

"I stayed twice in two weeks at this hotel and would definitely stay there again because of its great location--a 15 minute walk from Paddington Station. It offers an extensive continental breakfast at a reasonable price. My only criticisim is that in the two rooms I stayed in there was no light near ..."

"If you see the staff member named Mustack avoid him at all costs. I arrived on time for my check in and due to how many students use this hotel he was too busy to answer my question. Extremely rude I said excuse me he flashed his hand in my face and said “not now too busy” and went to proceed to help the children. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you want help from their staff. I will say there was one African man there who’s service was a 10/10 he made up for the terrible service I received from Mustack, additionally due to the vast amount of rooms they have the place is a maze and not properly signed. We got lost on numerous occasions trying to find our room and good luck if you’re a minority visitor trying to get help from the cleaning staff they will ignore your cry’s for help. The room was clean there were a lot of kids (student groups) and self parking staff and night staff were impeccable. I’d give this hotel a solid 6 out if 10. "

"This is my family’s go-to hotel in London. It’s across the street from a Piccadilly line station and has lots of restaurants and services but in a lovely residential area. London is a hard place to pick a hotel but this is a winner. The staff are also very kind. "
