Hidden gem in a fabulous location with welcoming staff! With its unique decor, clean and cosy room and access to all Kensington has to offer I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The lovely guy on reception helped me with my bag across the busy road to get to my taxi, so thoughtful!

Unique high end accommodations in a whimsically warm welcoming environment; amazing staff, location is first rate for all attractions and public transportation. Really unique small hotel in Kensington. Fabulous decor. Lovely clean & comfortable compact and beju room with everything you need. We had a front room by the busy road which was a little noisy as London doesn't sleep, but it was fine. Nice shower & Penhaligons toiletries.

The hotel was really nice to stay and just what I needed for an overnight stay. Really comfy bed to sleep in. The only thing I will mention is the water pressure in the shower was low, needs to be adjusted. Other than that, an excellent stay

Beds are very comfy. Property is convenient to walk in Kensington park. This is not disabled friendly. There are a dozen steep stairs up to the elevator with NO handrails. Nice big tv in unit. Shower has good water pressure. Not sure we would stay again based on accessibility, but everything else was good.
