Top Imperial College London Hotel Reviews
Princes Gardens
"Great for a short stay, some challenges with check in process. Staff were helpful, but limited what they could do - eg no hairdryers available to give on request, as they had run out."
Bob W London Kensington
"The customer service in this place is excellent. The only downside is not fridge in the rooms however, everything else was excellent. Would stay here again in few days!"
The Bailey's Hotel London Kensington
"We were immediately greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful bellhop and the front desk was efficient and helpful with early check in as well as where to park the rental car once we acquired it for our travel out of the city at checkout. The hotel is very elegant and beautiful. They do have an elevator and step in showers available for individuals with lower mobility. My mom had a room service order and she did say she didn’t enjoy the fish and chips but my husband and I never had food at the hotel. There was an odd smell in the hall where our room was for the entirety of the trip and the carpets were older. My mother didn’t have a smell in her hall at all and otherwise the bathroom, the beds, the desk and cabinets were all very clean and well maintained"
Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London
"Good location but a little dated. No ramps for wheelchair users. No water in the room though there was a water fountain along the corridor. There was no shower cap. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of different options. It was kept clean and well stocked."
The Cumberland, London
"I like it"
Kensington House Hotel
"The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good (it's not included in the room rate) and the staff was kind enough to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and once again in our check-out because we left the city later than the check-out time. The rooms are small but the bed was comfortable, the elevator is also small enough to fit one person and one or max 2 pieces of luggage. The rooms have AC so no issues with the heat. The hotel is close to many restaurants, groceries stores, and the neighborhood is super nice and quiet. It's close to bus stops and 5-10 mins away from subway stations. We enjoyed our stay and would definetely come back."

"LOVED IT !!!"

"Maid service was commendable."

"Fantastic location and very good underground link. Good choice for breakfast and very comfortable rooms"
