Strand Palace Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed the cookies, tea and chocolate the hotel provided in the room. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in storing my luggage while I walked around the city both before check in and after I checked out. The location was fantastic!"
"Excellent Stay – Perfect Location for First-Time Visitors!
We recently stayed at this hotel during our first trip to London, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The location was absolutely ideal—just steps away from the Gloucester Road Underground station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We were also impressed with the dining options around the hotel. There were plenty of great choices, from casual bites to more refined meals, all just a short walk away.
What really stood out was how perfectly situated the hotel was for exploring London. Whether we were heading to museums, historic landmarks, or popular shopping areas, everything felt easily accessible.
We genuinely couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to London. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located hotel!"
"This was my second stay at this hotel and as always, everything and everyone was amazing. One slight issue with loose fittings in my shower head, but it was repaired promptly. The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, breakfast was a dream, and the lounge, very comfortable. As with any hotel, location, location, location, and the Rembrandt's location could not be beat. Maybe a wee bit too close to Harrods...the temptation was real 😆. The concierge and doormen were friendly and very helpful too. Will definitely stay here again."
