"we were made very welcome and the receptionist was expecting us as I had requested via e mail a ground floor room if possible. The room we had was allocated with thought as to how far my husband had to walk to it, perfect. Although we were there only for 1 night the stay was very very good and we will definitely use this hotel again and have already recommended it to others."

"Room was very small by North American standards but was well equipped with all essentials. There is no sit down space except the bed itself. This is not necessarily a negative thing just a reality so that expectations are in line with reality. Shower was spacious with lots of hot water. Friendly staff and our luggage was stored after checkout time. Apparently luggage storage space is limited so first come first served applies. "

We had a king bed located on the ground floor which concerned us at first but the street was mostly quiet so sleep was generally fine (could be noisy when people were arriving/leaving as you’re right beside the main desk so avoid if this is irritating). Bed was very comfortable, coffee machine supplied was much appreciated! Room was very clean, though a couple of minor maintenance issues could be tended to easily...
