"Excellent location! 5 min walk to Hyde Park, 10 min walk to Kensington Palace. There are cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 min walk. Close to Paddington and Landcaster Station. The room is small but the high ceilings help. There no AC and there’s no fan in the bathroom, making it very stuffy (why I only gave 4 stars) The bed is very comfortable and the coffee/tea station in the room is a very nice touch. "Great property, clean and location is excellent for walking and transportation close to Paddington station. We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. Once luggage was in there was not much room to move but that’s London for you.. otherwise excellent !! "

"I found the staff, room and breakfast very good. I was a little disappointed, that they didn't make sure teacher or care giver was keeping the young boys staying at the same time as me. Under control as night time they were racing up and down the stairs banging doors and shouting for the 4 nights I was there. This may have been a one off. But overall I would recommend them. "
