"Convenient to accessing Heathrow. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The bar upstairs was nice but expensive and the chairs were so deep, it was impossible to relax. The room was clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet considering that you’re at the airport. The lighting needs an update as it’s all overhead in the bathroom which is difficult for makeup application."

"Location, location, location. Just steps away from shops, restaurants, the Tube, and Trafalgar Sq. This was the perfect spot if you want to be in the heart of Central London. Rooms are small, and don't have a TV, but we were too busy enjoying the city to spend too much time in the room anyways. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Best part of the hotel was their rooftop bar with 360° views of the city."

"The staff were incredible, always greeting you when you leave and arrive back. A really good location 2 minutes away from paddington station/a lot of places to eat nearby and around lots of parks. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are rather steep, but the staff was super kind and helped me with my suitcase. I would recommend staying here!"

"Perfectly pleasant hotel for a layover on a trip via Heathrow. There's pretty limited options for eating or entertainment in the area, but that's because the area is essentially airport periphery, so expect to either walk a decent distance to get out of that, take a cab/bus, or pay airport rates for food."
