"The man on reception was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I arrived he looked up at me gormlessly and said I don't have your reservation. I showed him email confirmation as well as a receipt of payment. He just blankly said its not on my computer screen. I said do you want to check the confirmation number etc. He then miraculously found the booking. The room key would only last for about an hour so you'd constantly need to keep going back to reception for new one. In the room there was no...
