"I have stayed at this hotel before every departing trip from Heathrow for 20 years. It’s been several years since my last trip and I was surprised and disappointed to see how downhill this hotel has gone in such a time. The staff were uninterested, rooms were dated and incredibly worn, and the beds and especially pillows appear to have been significantly downgraded. The on site bar and restaurant are still nice, but that’s about the only good thing. The Hotel Hoppa comes here but it is packed (maybe you’ll get on the second or third one that comes), and is expensive. If you have more than one person travelling a taxi is actually cheaper sometimes. On my next trip I’ll be trying somewhere else, which is a shame because this hotel holds a lot of sentimental memories"

"We had two nights here lovely hotel, Breakfast had plenty of choices, cooked, cold meats, cereals etc its a help yourself Breakfast. Rooms are clean, we had a queen sized bed which was a little lumpy perhaps they need some new ones but the pillows were lovely & soft & comfortable. Staff very helpful & friendly. Its our second time here & will definitely stay again. "

"As was planned I only spent one night at this property. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean but pretty small. The shower is extremely small. The pillows are not very comfortable. The neighbourhood is pretty busy and noise the whole day and night. I couldn’t sleep for more than two hours together because of the outside noise."

"​Came to express a deep gratitude for Grazina and Kevin at the Hoxton. Grazina is an absolute angel and Kevin is such a caring sweetheart. I would return just for them. ​The hotel is lovely but they took it to another level. The rooms are wonderful. I love the turn of the century apartment ​(stripped bare​) style, warm and ​n​icely compact. I appreciate how un-condo-like the space is. The view and location are the perfect amount of lively​ and serene, off the park, and close to so many amenities. The bar and restaurant area is ​b​oth futuristic and 50s/60s feeling but with no pretense​--Like a really cool Jetsons interpretation of future. There is ​a ​sincerity and thoughtful​ness​ to all those who work ​a​t The Hoxton ​a​s well. Every staff member, even met in passing, was ​so kind, thoughtful, welcoming and sincere​ly so. "

"Great stay near Richmond center and train station. Parking is tight but functional, costs £25 per day. Hotel is lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful! Recommended!"
