Have stayed here many times. A very convenient place with easy access to two tube stations and a great parking lot with EV charging stations Rooms are great, bar is very good. Breakfast is good too but the service at breakfast could be better, they run out of food frequently and particularly during predictable hours when it’s busy

Hotel great! Very comfortable stay. Smooth check-in. Food service could be improved, however, overall had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We stayed here to go to Wembley for a gig and it was well placed for this. Our room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. However we were disappointed with the lack of vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast - the buffet wasn’t as good as Hilton hotels where we have stayed before.

A great hotel

A great hotel. I was initially concerned that as it was so close to a busy road I would hear traffic but couldnt hear a thing. Room was well presented with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast.

We can't say enough about the staff. We went straight there from the airport, before guests from the night before had even finished breakfast, hoping to just drop off our bags, and instead we were able to check in immediately! That extra shower before hitting the town was a life-saver. When we got back that afternoon, we discovered that the AC wasn't functioning, and another manager relocated us to a room with functioning AC. The rooms are small but sufficient, and the proximity to an Underground station is so convenient.
