"Location is very close to station, trasportation convenience, gas station nearby, shopping convenience, staff very nice and friendly, the only complaint is the restaurant less food selection."

"Room was clean but Incredibly hot. (We were there for a hot spell, but it was stiffling hot in our corner room.) Front desk and staff were VERY helpful and accommodating. Location was INCREDIBLE! Paddington station was about a 7 minute walk and it was convenient to all trains. We walked all over London and this was an easy location. Lots of pubs, different ethnic restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Breakfast was acceptable-several options. Might stay here again in the cooler months since they don't have any air conditioning. Otherwise a lovely place! Can't beat the convenience!"

"This was a very busy hotel, but what it may have lacked in intimacy was more than exceeded in the quality and comfort of our garden view room, the great location near the tube, Whole Foods, restaurants, and parks. The staff was helpful but also very busy attending to numerous visitors and groups. The restaurants, by the way, were excellent."

"The hotel was lovely as were the staff. We arrived before check in time but were able to store our luggage there while we set out exploring the neighbourhood. The Kensington area is great with cafès and pubs close by. Check in at the hotel was easy and our luggage was taken to our room. We were in a deluxe double room which was very spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. Overall very pleased with the room size. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not great. The room on the fifth floor was very quiet. The bar is lovely and was a nice place to unwind at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Getting around London was easy as the underground station is right across the street. The tube to Piccadilly took us right to the airport. Upon checking out I requested my receipt be emailed to me but never got it so if that’s important to you make sure to get one printed before your departure. I highly recommend the Baileys hotel and would love to return someday."
