"Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked.
We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. They refused to check us in unless £150 was paid in addition to the fee already paid to them for bed and breakfast accommodation. We explained that we didn’t even...

"Very happy with our stay overall. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Just one thing we wished for and was missing was baked beans with English breakfast. Nothing to complain about just it was like a cherry on the top and we didn’t get it. Overall highly recommend."
