Very central to city of london. Room comfortable. Shower very good. Complimentary lounge before room ready excellent and gratefully received after travelling for 5 hours. Recycled water bottle stations excellent. Check in and check out smooth and no delays. Will st asy again when in London.

This is a great location for touring London. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, the National Gallery, Leicester Square and the British Museum. Staff were friendly. Beautiful lobby. Weekday snacks are available which was great...easy to grab fruit and a snack bar to take with us ...

The Location is great. the room is very clean and the view on the canal is amazing in the morning and at night and through the whole day too. The staff are very nice and helpful . The architecture of the building itself is a very beautiful
