Elevator broken for three days , electricity off at night , no AC at all with more than 23 grades Celsius . Employees were very polite but still can’t do nothing to help. No way you can’t have maintenance to fix issues .

Wonderful boutique hotel located in the 7th Arrondissement. One block from the Metro and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room was well appointed and had French doors opening into an active alleyway. Dozens of cafes and bakeries close by. The area is a mix of residential and commercial uses. The staff is attentive and caring. The room included a fully equipped kitchenette. Krazy Korner cafe is located next door and is a local favorite for breakfast and brunch. Recommend the cheese board at La Terrace and the cocktails, onion soup and cheeseburgers at La Eclair.

Not worth the $$$ money. Too loud, No soundproof at all, I could hear everything in the other rooms from flushing of toilets to house cleaning so loud. 5 nights I didn't get a good night sleep due to noise level. The waking up of breakfast was terrible even after I told them don't bring up and wake me up still did. The didn't even have the food covered, dusk anything going in your food with levels of floors gross plus to make my own coffee no way -Not on vacation. Shower was terrible had only 1 side glass water can go all over and no fan in bathroom. Location good friendly staff but not for the $$$ wouldn't stay here again

This hotel is beautiful I liked the staff. However we paid a lot of money only for the toilet not to work my friend was in the room all night had to hold it and to top it off the elevator was broken and we were on the 5th of 6th floor. It was a miserable stay, but I believe this is not typically how it goes. But we truly feel like we wasted our money, not being able to use the bathroom is insane.
