Overall satisfied with our stay. Each receptionist is different. Some are more friendly and helpful than others. The main receptionists that we saw most of the time were pleasant. The others were much more uptight and not flexible. For example, they wanted guests to use the coffee mugs in their room for the coffee in the reception area. Ok, No problem. But anytime we wanted a paper cup to carry with us outside, or if we forgot to bring down our coffee mug, they would lecture us. One lady was telling us how she didn’t have any paper cups for coffee but the other receptionist next to her just reached down under the desk and gave it to us. LOL. My friend was in another room and she had slippers. It was really hard to get slippers because they were either out of it or had to wait for housekeeping the next day. If you ever need anything you have to take the initiative because they don’t make notes of anything or follow up. I aLeo had one receptionist call a restaurant to make a reservation for me and he was so nice amf helpful about it. The other receptionist, she rolled her eyes and said she couldn’t do it. And I said really? And she said to give her a moment. Then she reluctantly called. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. The receptionists are all inconsistent - you have some good ones and some bad ones.
