"This is a hidden gem, close to so many things , the hotel is small and quiant , rooms are well done small but not too small . We had a balcony it would be perfect in the spring or summer . Staff was great and the small details were nice . It's not a big major hotel, but I would book again . "

It’s too bad that we were not upgraded to the rooms that could have the tower view, the hotel wanted to charge us additional 80/night for the request. "Due to a transportation breakdown I had to stay one night in Paris and picked this as being inexpensive and close to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel looks unassuming from the outside but is vintage and very charming inside. Front desk is manned 24 hours so it's no problem getting in if you stay out very late. I had room 426, nice view of the Eiffel Tower from my window and 15 minute walk to get there, lots of restaurants/ bars/ shops in the area but hotel is on a quiet side street. Metro to CDG also only 15 minute walk. "

"I recently stayed at Les Jardins du Marais and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a very decent and safe area, well-connected to the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart. I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost. The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Vanessa for her excellent online support and to Ouassila at the reception for handling the room change with such professionalism. Overall, I highly recommend Les Jardins du Marais for its location, charm, and outstanding staff."
