Great hotel with kids. Shuttle bus to Disney so convenient. Suite was large but sloped roof, sparce and carpet could do with being updated. Breakfast was all you needed before spending the day at Disney.

Really comfy beds and a delicious breakfast and dinner. Lovely outside areas to enjoy the nice weather and we also loved the pool with slide for the kids. Would strongly recommend staying here when travelling to Disneyland Paris.

It was an ok hotal, the bathroom has mould, the room however, are spacious. Breakfast option was limited, there wasn't much option, and the few they had was terrible apart from the hot croissants and the other pasty. We were there for 4 nights and my children couldn't be bothered to go for breakfast after day two. The restaurants there are expensive!

We stayed 5 days, 4 nights with 2 kids. We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We very much appreciated that this is the 1st stop for pick up on the shuttle to Disney as we didn’t realize that when trying to select a hotel. The indoor play ground is a great option to burn energy and is open fairly late. The swimming pools are excellent with the indoor and outdoor options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great however selective on what was cleared and cleaned up towards to the tail end of the stay which wasn’t a dealbreaker just odd. The lobby scent is a bit offensive and strong and that would be my only complaint.

Hotel was beautiful. Great location. Room could do with some maintainance and a refurbishment. Looking tired and some ingrained dirt in the bathroom. Lots of marks on the walls and very old looking carpet. Could do with some tlc. Shame because the rest of the hotel was stunning.

Staff were lovely, however the rooms carpets were dirty, we had stained sheets. My partner saw a maggot on the stairs. The food was also not great, the was hardly any options at the breakfast and the paid buffet for dinner was also awful. Cold food, not enough variety, a lot of pork which we do not eat. The toilets were extremely dated, the indoor pool and changing rooms were also dirty and the water was freezing cold. Some areas are in desperate need of a refresh.

The hotel was moderate at best. Hair balls on the ground and stains on the carpet. The lobby was nice and the staff offered typical French hospitality. The pool was clean but the deck was littered with garbage, broken tiles and used diapers. We also had to hunt for the pool towels as there was no staff on site. The bus to Disney was a nightmare, I do not recommend anyone take it. It was over crowded and you often had to wait 3-4 bus to get a spot. The buffet dinner was the saving grace, staff were fantastic and the food was excellent.

The hotel is in a beautiful setting. The room is clean and spacious. I would definitely come back if Disneyland was in our plans. Our trip was short so I was not able to take advantage of all the offerings (pool/spa etc.).

The proximity to Disney was great. The property itself was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a plus although a lot of breads. Variety of fresh fruits could have been more. Shuttle was a plus although could have had more buses in Circulation to help with busy times. Sometimes it was a 45 min wait for a bus. We actually walked the 2km after the fireworks one night. AC was not an American one more of a fan blowing. Overall it was a good fit for our family. The pool was beautiful and beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Price was affordable compared to the Disney hotels.
