Good location for Disney. Shuttle bus ride less than 10 min from Disney. Local shopping centre 5 min walk away. Made life easy with food and entertaining kids with near by playgrounds.

Fabulous stay at the Aparthotel. Our first visit to Disneyland Paris staying off site. We were upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom suite instead of the studio we booked. Reception were helpful and lovely. 12 min walk to Disney and Val d’Europe shopping centre just around the corner. Lovely views from the room and the area was safe and beautiful. We had a little hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Incredible price. Will stay again.

Definite pluses and minuses. Upon check in I was asked to pay the full amount of my booking when I had already paid. After I found my receipt, they spoke to the manager and said I was correct, I only owed the resort fee/tax. Other than that desk staff nice enough. One evening at 5pm a man (presumably maintenance?) came to my room asking to come in to work on the window. He didn’t speak English and I don’t speak French, so im only assuming that was the case. This maintenance visit was not communicated to me by the front desk staff, and I’m not sure the best time to work on a non-emergency issue is when the room is in use. I declined and after an awkward pause he agreed and left. The hotel and surrounding area is beautiful outside, but the inside of the hotel appears neglected. One elevator broken, walls/wallpaper/doors/doorframes and baseboards peeling, scuffed, chipped. Hallway carpet dirty. My room was fine. This hotel was a 20 minute walk from Disneyland and was probably worth the money I paid for it.

In our room air conditioning was broken, as was the safe and fridge. The TV remote was missing. Complained at front desk and we were moved to another room. The new room was much better but still unhappy about problems in first room.

This property is fantastic if you want a place close to Disneyland. We took the shuttle or walked and it was easy. The hotel itself is not well maintained and amenities were limited. Bathroom made no sense and body wash/shampoo combo was horrible.

Only used as a base for nearby parks i.e Disneyland Paris The accommodation was fabulous and only a short walk to all amenities Very clean with everything we needed for our short stay.
