Nouvel hôtel sur Marne la Vallee (1 mois d’existence) Chambre spacieuse et confortable, très bonne literie, équipement complet également dans la salle de bains. De ce côté RAS ! Petit déjeuner assez varié mais l’implantation dans la salle de petit déjeuner est mal organisée et cela donne une image de bazar quand vous avez bcp de monde devant le buffet et une seule personne pour remplir les aliments et boissons .Dommage car accueil souriant Accueil par contre déplorable de la part du « jeune » à la réception à mon arrivée : je suis arrivée vers 15h30 et la chambre attribuée n’était pas prête. on m’a demandé d’y poser mes affaires et de patienter jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit prête ! L’accès à la chambre étant possible à 15h. On m’a répondu que le staff de nettoyage avait bcp de travail ; un comble non ??! J’ai évidemment demandé à m’attribuer une autre chambre prête et c’était possible puisque l’hôtel n’était pas complet. Cette attitude non professionnelle donne malheureusement une mauvaise image de départ à cet établissement qui semble pourtant prometteur. Par ailleurs, j’ai remarqué que le jeune homme de la réception avait un gros défaut de manucure ; des ongles noirs de saletés ce n’est pas très agréable quand cette personne vous prépare votre clé… Bref dommage pour ma première visite dans cet hôtel qui présente une bonne localisation (je repartais le lendemain sur CDG) et un tarif correct Peut être que nos commentaires seront pris en compte pour améliorer le service

eweldig hotel. Slaapkamer is ruim en goed uitgerust. Bedden lagen heel goed. Ruime badkamer en goede douche. Het ontbijt had een ruime keuze met voor ieders wat naar wils. Zeker een aanrader. Wij komen zeker terug

Hôtel parfait très propre personnel accueillant et très à l’écoute chambre parfaite avec tout se qui faut sèche cheveux,table à repasser avec fer bouilloire petit déjeuner très complet j’ai adoré le séjour à revenir très vite
