"Well located, centrally located, close to major public transport lines (Metro-RER). Small kitchenette with no table for meals. One ate sitting at the desk, the other standing. The stove hood wasn't working, and despite a request for repair, nothing was done."

Conditions of the room given had chipped paint and mugs, the shower pipe started leaking so could hear water dripping and the room was right next to the creaky lift. Some other guests were also playing music and girls screeching at each other in their room nearby "

"First off, the hotel is in a great location. It's walking distance from the Louvre, Notre Dame, and Le Marais. The very well connected Chatelet/Les Halles station(s) are next door. The staff have been very helpful. The rooms are small but nice. Breakfast isn't lavish but the quality of food is top notch. "

"Check in was terrible as there was no one at reception for 15 minutes, then gave me a BS excuse. The window could not close shut because the curtains were stuck behind them, so we could hear the outside noise until 5am. The lights in the hallway should be dimmed after 11 pm so people remain quiet. Bring your own air plugs and towels as they are not provided or offered. The buffer breakfast was in the entry hall and not as advertised based on the pictures."
