"The staff was excellent, especially Hugo! Beautiful rooms. Great, convenient location. Trying to find the right balance between the hot and cold water in the shower was not easy, but I’m not going to ding them for this small issue. "

10/10 Excellent
"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were in Paris for a couple of days and the location was ideal for this short trip. The hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful - I would definitely stay here again "
"The staff were lovely, very accommodating, very helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and staff were always asking if you needed anything. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We were tired when we arrived and they made us a coffee and gave us food which was really nice of the staff"
Hôtel du Louvre, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"The staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. I was recovering from some serious jet lag, so this was a beautiful and clean place where I could rest, work, explore the neighborhood, and generally have a nice, low-key time. The area was even more touristy than I expected. It is not a negative, but I might consider other hotels in less touristy areas next time. But the hotel was wonderful!"
"Loved this place so much! The room was great and the staff was great especially when I got super sick and they were so kind when they cleaned it up for me and kept checking in on me when they saw me! The hotel its self is really great and close to most things a tourist would want to do or close to transportation incase you want to go far! 10/10 would go again! "
