"Elevators only went to the 4th floor so there were stairs to get the fifth floor where my room was located. Since I couldn’t carry my heavy luggage up I was given a smaller room on the 4th floor even though I paid more for the slightly larger room."

The breakfast was good and convenient. The location is excellent because it’s near the metro, many restaurants, stores and the opera house. I truly enjoyed my stay and plan to return again."
