This hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is friendly and made our trip memorable. We really appreciated all the special touches, such as a doorperson, happy hour cocktails, and the fabulous staff. Pedro and Nuno went above and beyond our expectations. Location is superb. Within walking distance within some of the tourist destinations. Tram accessible and dining within the visibility. Room is kinda small. Don’t have USB charger for easy charging. It’s a little bit hot in our room, but we can’t change the temp. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel especially for 1st timer in Lisboa.

Is spacious and nicely appointed. It is located in the heart of the Chiado neighborhood so everything is close by. Staff was very attentive and informative. And the breakfast stocked each day with breads delivered daily was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again. Great for families or adult groups!
