DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. It is run down and not worth the money.The place looks nothing like the pictures. Single pane windows next to a very busy road( noisey) burnt out lights, bathroom door didnt close, wall paper peeling off wallls in the hallways. So far away from everything. booked a room with 2 beds and only got a room with 1 tired mattress. I was told i would get a refund for nights not stayed. But manager decided not to refund anyways and was rude.

We paid for an expensive hotel expecting there to be an airport shuttle, particularly because we were flying out before 7:00 AM. However, there was no shuttle in either direction when we needed it. We were also promised a grab ‘n’ go breakfast before our early morning flight, but all we were offered was apples and granola bars. The hotel was inadequate for our needs and overpriced.

This property is poorly managed. Some of our bedroom furniture was wet so we couldn’t sit on the chairs in the room. Not sure if the cleaners soaked the seats before and if so why?? The TV didn’t work. No one answers the reception line. We had to go down each time to ask a question. They said there was nothing they could do about the wet chairs or broken TV. What a waste of money. Never again! Don’t do it!

Reasonable quality hotel. Location is convenient if you have a car, except for the subway station (10 min walk) there is not much around you can walk to. Rooms are clean, and good size for European hotels. Room doors are old and very noisy when other guest close them, it can be annoying if you are trying to rest. Very good breakfast and pleasant staff at the restaurant. There is a paid parking garage I recommend using as parking lot os paid during day hours and there were this annoying guy at night “helping” you park for tips when no help is needed really.Tried to alert the hotel about this person and the receptionist on duty was really rude.

The air conditioning system had a condensation problem that after 15 minutes of use led to water dripping from the ceiling and forming a puddle on the room floor. I reported it and an engineer came, worked for 20 minutes and left. The problem happened the next time I used the AC.

The room I was given is very much outdated and is in need of new furniture. The telephone cords, and the lamps were dirty it needs some cleaning. The noise was awful, at 5 am I was awakened by noise, you could hear conversations as if they were in my room. Overall for the price I would not stay there. The hotel is mediocre.

The property is very outdated. It is much different from the pictures on the Expedia listings. The hallways have very strong cigarette smell. The room itself had very old furniture, warped table, old AC control unit with broken temperature regulator. When maintenance person came to fix it he told us that there is no way to actually control the temperature only "ON" or "OFF". Bathroom had rusty light fixtures. We found it a bit misleading and not sure why the price per night is so high.

Well kept property overall. Rooms were clean and nicely laid out, not too specious, but that is typical for property in the area. Located near transportation, park, university, the freeway, a park and of course food. Restaurant was phenomenal and reasonably priced. Not enough plugs in the room, but free watwr daily was awesome.
