The room was clean. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to metro and a grocery store. Stuff is amazing and so helpful. Would definitely stay again

I can’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel. The restaurant was not open all the time, for diner sometimes jut the buffet was available. The rooms are smelly, falling apart, i was extra careful when lying on the bed as it was so unstable and squeaky. The bathroom doors are starting to root and ceiling fall apart (pictures attached). I waited for my clothes to be washed and delivered to me for 3 days (the regular service is supposed to take up to 24 hours max as advertised by them). The room key was constantly failing, i had to get the key reprogrammed daily., and there was quite a bit of people with the sam issue on the reception every time i was there. The pluses are: ironing board an iron were in the room, public transportation is close.
