When our airline cancelled our scheduled departure flight to the U.S. it left us with a 14 hour layover on our way home. The Night Manager was able to quickly change the flights and get us home in a more reasonable manner.

Staff are extremely friendly, location is excellent being a 2 minute walk from the metro and right in the heart of the old city center. Area feels very safe and clean overall. Rooms are clean and modern. Cannot recommend this place enough.
