Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was included for our reservation . Dining room was very spacious, beautiful, food was absolutely delicious and staff extremely friendly and polite.

Positives - good location, quiet. Very clean. Doormen were a credit to the hotel. Negatives - our room wasn’t ready, followed by the embarrassment of being shown to an already occupied room. We were upgraded to the premium floor as an apology, however, we were quickly informed it was room only (eg free water and coffee) and we weren’t eligible to access any benefits that came with the 11th floor, which was pointless and insulting. This is much more of a business hotel, lacking atmosphere in the restaurant and bar area. In a 5 day period the spa were unable to find me one slot for a massage as they’d not got enough staff. Housekeeping were inconsistent, pillow cases left on the chair, the bin was sitting in the bidet, one dressing gown was removed and not replaced.

The location of the hotel is on a steep hill with a cross street with no stop sign and is a dangerous intersection. The service at the buffet was not good and service not good. I had a weird sounds coming from my frig in room. Overall not the best experience but not the worst either.
