Lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff. The area itself is a little run down and a bit out of the way of the main areas / bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, there is a metro station minutes away and Uber to Bairro Alto is only around 5€ so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

The overall stay wasn’t the best but also not the worst. Staff were kind and helpful. Pros: - close to the airport (20min uber ride) - Very accommodating and kind staff. The initial room we stayed had coffee stains on the carpet and staff were nice enough to move us to another room and also fixed the TV problem in the room. They even gave us chocolates on Valentine’s day as complimentary - TV is equipped with chromecast - Provides bottled water daily in your room. You can even asked for extra bottle of water for free. - Provides free amenities (robes, slippers, cotton pads, cotton buds and L’Occitanne products as shampoo, showe gel, conditioner and lotion) - Water pressure is good for showering. - Daily housekeeping includes new sheets and towels - Rooms and washrooms are tidy and clean - Elevators are fast and efficient. Cons: - Walls are thin between rooms as you can hear ppl murmuring. The tram track is also available outside the hotel so if your room is located on the corner of the building, you can definitely hear the tram which could be a concern if you’re a light sleeper. - Wifi is public with no hotel password so make sure you have a VPN to protect your web browsing. - No exhaust system in the shower and toilet so the moisture and steam can be trapped inside if shower/toilet doors are not opened after use - The hotel area is sketchy and wouldn’t recommend walking at night as it didn’t feel safe. - Amenities do not include toothbrush and toothpaste so m

Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff. I’d love to stay there again. It was clean, quiet, beautiful, and close to all the shops. It was easy to meet for our tours also booked through Expedia. You get the full experience of Marrakech here. I also highly recommend the Hammam and massage services. Karim was awesome. He gave us instructions on navigating the shops and museums. He was available by WhatsApp whenever we needed him.
