Staff are very kind and accommodating. The young waiter, Gabriel, is a fine young g man doing his job at his best. I forgot my jacket on the chair after my husband and I had breakfast ,Gabriel even went to our room and brought it! The place is beautiful, I like the breakfast buffet.Also convenient for walking and shopping at the Vasco de Gama mall. Thanks to Rita and the staff at the reception, you guys are great at customer service!

We stayed 2 nights in a family suite for a family of four. Amazing property with very attentive staff. The rooms are modern, spacious, with turnover service and automatic blinds in each room. The breakfast was great, as well as the lobby bar. There’s also a rooftop bar and a Michelin restaurant in the building (separate entrance) that were also amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

Second time I stayed at this hotel and mostly because the staff is outstanding in their friendliness and hospitality. Feel welcomed and treated so nicely by everyone. The restaurant is amazing and the waitstaff so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming as well as so well trained in etiquette. Such rare hospitality excellence is so very much appreciated. Will return for sure. The location is awesome as well and less than a ten minute drive from the airport. Great walking experience around the Parque das Nações. Keep up the good work Myriad by Sana.

Myriad Hotel was a standout experience. The location is excellent — right on the river — and the views are breathtaking. The amenities are top-notch, and having a Nespresso machine in the room was a lovely touch. The gym is impressive, boasting epic views of its own. The pool is beautiful, though worth noting it isn't available 24 hours, which meant I wasn't able to use it during my stay. A great perk is the ability to contact staff via WhatsApp, which is incredibly convenient. I only had a few hours between flights, but the hotel made for a perfect layover stop — I'd highly recommend it even for a short visit.

The hotel is on the river and has amazing views. The included breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we experienced several items within our room that didn’t work or were in bad repair - broken AC, water pipes that “screamed” when having a shower and frayed rugs. For a 5 star hotel with a 5 star price tag I expected a flawless and enjoyable experience. Very disappointed with this hotel.

While the surface of the Myriad is very stylish, there were some real detractors 1. When I was there (2 nights in Oct 2026) the elevators had a sewage smell. 2. Our toilet groaned when sat upon. It did not instill confidence. When flushing, toilet would sometimes run for minutes and you had to press the activator again to get it to stop. 3. The water temperature of the shower fluctuated while showering. Hand sprayer was so loud I didn’t lift it near my head to rinse my hair for concern it might damage my hearing (yes, THAT loud). Beautiful glass shower, but the floor was a cheap hollow fiberglass which didn’t match the intended quality of the rest of the room. 4. The pillows were the thinnest sandbags I’ve encountered. Motel 6 level. 5. The A/C ran all night and the room never got below 74F. Bearable, but for the price we expected better. All that said. The staff was charming & capable. The spa was lovely. The views were beautiful. Breakfast was superb. It’s not a bad hotel, but it could use a few improvements.
