"This is a solid 4 star hotel but I am hesitant to give it a 5 star. There are many dents on the walls, doors and furnitures and rooms really require upgarde. Breakfast could also improve. Rooms are not fully sound proof and we can hear the noise in the street and halls in our room. On the other hand, staff are very nice and professional. They help whenever required. Free parking is a real plus in the busy area."
