Booked Hotel Baia based on location reviews and yep, most definitely the best for Cascais if you want to be within walking distances of the beaches, restaurants and shopping! Rooms are a bit out dated and need a bit more attention to some cleaning, but we didn't spend much time in our room so it was not that bothersome. The breakfast included was FANTASTIC! Definitely not your standard continental breakfast, by North American standards any way! Covered indoor pool was ok for cloudier days, but be forewarned, it is not heated, so being there in April when it wasn't warm did not feel great! No other major concerns and would definitely stay again! Appreciated the underground parking but there is a charge. Not much and worth the stress of trying to find street parking if you are renting a car."
