Wonderful place and location. We stayed for 2 nights. Delicious breakfast, kind, helpful staff and the free walking tour by Pedro was just excellent touch. It made our stay even more memorable! I wish we had more time there. Highly recommend.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I wanted a fan and they even went out and bought me one! Also changed out room for us with no charge! Very satisfied and would stay there again!

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was late in the evening, we knew it was a special property. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that our state was a good one. The training at the hotel is on point, focusing on client satisfaction. The area around the hotel specifically the street itself was a little rundown, but the hotel itself is very modern and upscale you feel like you were staying at Union Square in San Francisco. The rooms are spacious not small like typical European hotels, they had robes and slippers set out for us , there was a complementary bottle of rosé waiting and the room itself was beautifully appointed unfortunately we arrived late. Stayed one day and had to leave early the following day so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we could have was our only regret otherwise we would recommend this hotel is a little bit more expensive than your typical Portuguese hotel but you do get what you pay for. The best things were the breakfast in the morning which was fabulous and there was live entertainment in the evenings from 9:30 to 1130 almost every night. We would highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we return to Lisbon.

Wow. Just wow. The attention to detail and guest experience by the entire Hotel Da Baixa Staff was tremendous. The value included in the price of the hotel - free walking tour, breakfast, free water and light snacks to grab on your way out to explore Lisbon. Marta was extremely helpful in helping us plan our days here and the walking tour with Pedro was so much fun. Pedro and the entire guest services team really do make your stay a memorable one. The hotel itself is immaculate and the rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the dinner at the restaurant was phenomenal. The location was perfectly central and it took just a few minutes to walk to most places. We cannot wait to come back here every time we come to Lisbon!!!

We loved the location and the staff. We had the two adjoining rooms which was perfect for the 4 of us. Loved the large ceilings and I extras they left in our room like the custard pastries and little Lisbon tile along with other special treats.
