Excellent hotel well situated close to Rossio Square. Accommodation was spacious, comfortable with all amenities, including complimentary coffee, water and soft drinks in fridge. Staff provided exceptional service, graciously welcoming us and offering breakfast when we arrived early. Breakfast boxes were offered as we had an early flight. Highly recommend Hotel Da Baixa!

Outstanding service at this hotel. The entire staff at the hotel was TOP NOTCH. Everyone wanted to help us. They would go out of their ways to provide the excellent service. Front desk folks were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Cafe staff was willing to accommodate any and all requests from us. If we visit Lisbon again this is the hotel to stay!
