The hotel is perfectly located in Baixa. Superb front facade with green azulejo. The street was blocked for some infrastructure repairs, so it was quieter than usual. The hotel looks recently renovated. The room was beautiful; main bed area was separated by an open wall from the sleeper sofa area. French balconies with great double doors that gave the room a lot of character. Large and comfortable bathroom cladded in white marble slabs. Two wall showers and another large ceiling shower (haven't seen this great configuration in a long time). Room to improve in the breakfast, as it was abundant, but not with the best quality products. Staff was inconsistent; some people were attentive and efficient, some lazy & a little arrogant. Liked the bar, not so much the restaurant food. Great option if you are staying in Baixa.
